Caller asked consumer to go to Walmart and call him so he could give him the a "bar code" to give to clerk so he would know how much money to put on the card. Consumer asked where he was located...he said Dallas...and consumer told him he would call the FBI to let him know. Caller identified himself as Chris. Consumer called ph# back and went through several people before "Chris" answered (and this is when caller said "Dallas").
