Last year when I bought my home a person from Provincial Smart Home Services approached me and told me that I am eligible for government rebates if I install heat pump. They told me they will pay the remaining balance to the previous service provider and they installed their equipments and charged me $38000. Till date they haven’t paid the buyout payment and the previous service provider reported me to collection agency. This amount itself is around $9000. I was calling them every day and they gave me many commitment dates for the payment and they haven’t kept their word. Right now they are not answering my calls and not paying the money. They took a loan in my name for the $38000 and I am paying that amount to Financeit. Till date I haven’t received any rebate and I am sure that I am scammed by this fraud company. Please take appropriate action against this company. The person called from collection told me that they cheated hundreds of people and he is dealing with it. He also told me they are planning to file bankruptcy and change the company name and scam again.

Please stop this scam company and save innocent people.
