This person called with thick accent stating they were from BGE and that a contractor was coming to show me how to use something pertaining to my electricity. He knew I didn't live in Baltimore area, he knew that service was provided to my home by another Electric company, but I do not have that utility bill in my name.

I asked for him to remove my telephone number from the call list and he refused. He did not handle the call in a professional manner. He refused to let me speak with his supervisor. He was very rude and again very unprofessional.
