Person called saying from Comcast that I needed to pay my late bill (I did have delinquent bill for $408.96). He went over station I had etc, told me he would give $200 credit if I paid so I gave him my debit card. Charge appeared on bank statement. Contacted Comcast and was told no payment received. I started fraud claim with bank, got $ refined but recurve a letter today saying was legit charge and paperwork has my signature. Clearly it is not my signature Appealing with bank
