I was trying to pay my bill at gas company Nipsco. Somehow I got the wrong phone number from a website that looked like NIPSCO gas company. The person I talked to said I had to make a payment using paypal. I did because I thought I was talking to someone from the gas company. The next day when I went into the right website where I pay my bill-It was paid.2 weeks later I received a Returned Check Notice from NIPSCO and when I checked my bank account $92.00 was taken out via Paypal and paid to a company called Vision Tech Solutions. The person I was in contact with was named Jacob, phone number 657-300-8371. I found out thru the gas company that this has been a scam and it has been done before where it looks like the gas bill was paid and then the check bounces. Somehow they got into my NIPSCO account because they had information about address, billing, etc. The bank, NIPSCO is investigating and Paypal. Don't know If Ill ever see my money. I tried to call this Vision Tech Solutions and had to leave my name and number but nobody has called me back. I never heard of Vision Tech Solutions nor have I ever done business with them. When I googled the phone number it directs you to Infinity Tech Solutions, 741 Kroeger St Anaheim CA 92805. I did call the number 657-300-8371 to ask where my money went to and they had my name and phone number and said they handled gas bills. I said the gas company did not get payment, He hung up on me.
