I am reporting a scam phone I just received on my cell phone. It was a recording. My caller ID showed 216-473-7131. It stated, we apologize for overcharging you on your utility bill. We would like to give 30 percent. Press this number for your rebate. I don't remember the number. It never gave a company name. I did not call the number back.
