I received an email saying two years would be added to my coverage (coverage for what was never made clear). The product was "AVG Ultimate Care +" whatever that is. I was told I'd be billed by PayPal in the next 24 to 48 hours. The message said I could contact them to cancel. I called three times and was disconnected three times either mid-discussion or mid-message-leaving. One of those times I was disconnected after saying I believed this to be a scam. I said that because the party said that before he could cancel the draft on my bank, he'd need to know if my highest balance on that account was usually over or under $1000.
