** ******* *****, have been having funds taken out for utube premium charges which I no longer used for the past two months. I attempted to contact utube by telephone beginning with 1-855-616-6325 but instead that number was replaced with 1-877-914-9792. Rather than cancel the subscription and refund the funds back to my card, they had me go through some cash app procedures and send money to $Barbara K Diel. They told it won't be my money but it was taken out of my debit card anyway and when I called them again to retrieve the funds, they would hang up on me. So I am out of about $300.00 from these people.
