I ordered US Postal Stamps for Christmas In October 2021 on line through a Facebook post. The company was UUS Malls. A discounted price from the USPS price was offered. The purchase was made on my MC credit card through PayPal. The company communicated with me by e-mail that my order#LY906389800 was shipped on October 18, 2021 from Xian City through China Post to the United States. The stamps were to be delivered by USPS., I was charged on my credit card for the stamps, but I never received them. I reported this to my credit card bank, Who else should this be reported to?
