I placed an order online with UVM collection on 10/27/23. I still hadn’t received any shipping updates by 11/13/23 so I contacted them. They then told me my order would be shipped out by 11/30/23, so I waited til 12/1/23 to contact them regarding shipping information to which they responded, the items that I ordered would not ship out until 12/20/23. I paid by Afterpay and my last payment is 12/8/23 to which I think they wanted my last payment and never send the goods I ordered. They then tell me I cannot get a refund but I can get store credit, why? So you can scam me and not send those either? I then went online and searched reviews about the company to which I find other reviews saying the same thing I’m making a complaint about.
