Uzcalls provides international voip services which I was using. In order to use the service you need to add all your information such as bank account details and billing addresses. Once your profile is active you are able to use your phone number to make international calls. However, today when I tried to make an international call I wasn't able to make the call and I thought that maybe it was due to there being a low balance in my account. So I logged into my account in order to recharge and that is when I noticed that my profile had been totally changed. All my account information was changed including my name, and address to a different person. And also my phone number was removed from the list but my billing information remained the same as my debit card on my name. I tried to reach their customer service but they are completely unreachable. When you call their customer service and choose their English option to speak they have an automated response in a completely different language asking to leave a message and they hang up. And to avoid any charges on my bank account I had it closed. However I still wanted to warn everyone to not trust them since I had never told anyone my password and login details for it. Luckily I was able to notice the change soon enough to close my debit card.
