The scammer was advertising exotic birds for well below market value (should have been my first clue). I requested more information about the bird that I was interested in. They sent multiple texts and emails. They claimed that they would ship the bird and that the birds came with a health certificate, DNA sexed, and even a cage. They requested payment information multiple times. I requested information on the vet that they used. They sent me information for the state bird association. I contacted the association and was promptly informed that Vibrant Birds House is not associated with them and they are a scam site.
