The scammer advertised that I could make big money by investing 2k. So I did then said I needed to put in 3k more then 5 k for insurance. Then my profits showed 200k and I need to pay 20% upfront to withdraw profit to pay taxes then I would get my money. Then he talks me another 5 k for some certificate. That is when I got skeptical and I asked him how I knew his wife and he didn't answer. So I reached out to her and she told me he was hacked and it was a scam. I believed it all along because it was someone I knew. Not well but enough to trust.
