Type of a scam COVID-19
I made 2 orders.
1st was on 3/27/20
2nd was on 3/30/20
I purchased 2 masks on both orders.
Both orders was confirmed. The so called company took my money immediately.
The orders have not even been shipped yet. It has been 2 weeks.
I contacted via email on their website. The email was immediately returned as a non-existing email.
Then after searching their website, I found a chat icon.
An admin chat was initiated. I explained my concerns. The admin gave me another email ([email protected]), the admin said they deleted the old email and added the new email. I haven’t seen the change on their website...
I told the admin I would be reporting them as fraud. The admin claimed they are a reputable company with good ratings.
I had to file fraud on this company with my financial institution.
