I found this person on FB marketplace while looking to purchase a shipping container for my business. His price was on average with others but he was local and seemed like a legitimate local small business so I decided to go with him. We met in person and I paid in full with a cashiers check. After weeks of waiting for the container to be delivered and then excuses about his truck breaking down I asked for a refund and then started getting the run around about a refund check being “in the mail”. Now he will no longer respond to calls or texts. His name is Richard Lothspeich, phone number (760) 708-6710. His business card shows License#:632115 and Insurance#:176151
