Someone named “Bridget” called me and said she wanted to rent out my flex weeks on ******** ************* (my exchange company for a timeshare I own) She said she would rent 4 of my weeks out to business travelers for $1650 per week and all I needed to do was activate the weeks at $399 per week. I would get a $5000 profit is what she told me. She claimed it was a money back guarantee. I said the only way I would do it is if she had the client already and I received the money in my account first then I would activate the week. She tried to convince me that I needed to spend the $399 per week first because “anything to do with timeshare is always money up front.” I immediately ended the call. This company is scamming people and telling them how much money they will make guaranteed which is against the law in most states. Why does Florida allow these companies to scam people?
