I received an email advertising 6 days / 5 nights at a resort in Cabos San Lucas. I paid the $400 price and was told I could make my reservation anytime in the coming 18 months. 3 months later I did try to make the reservations but was told the resort was completely booked for months. No reservations could be made. They offered alternative destinations for more money. Once burned, twice shy. I said if they couldn’t provide what they advertised that I paid for, then refund my money. They refused. I then went to their website where they were advertising the exact vacation I paid for, which I was told was not available. If that’s not fraud, I don’t understand the word.
