I booked a vacation with booki in October for a trip to Cabo San Lucas. They never explained to me that i needed an international passport to fly to Mexico so when i arrived at the airport with my valid passport card they wouldn't allow me to board the plane. I used my passport card several times to travel to Mexico so didn't know you can't use it to fly i thought international travel was to Europe not Mexico. Any way i called them right away and the lady was very rude she was yelling at me saying it's all my fault that i didn't know i needed an international passport and they're refusing to issue a refund and told me if i rescheduled i would have to pay all over again this was supposed to be my anniversary vacation i have been looking forward to for close to a year and now i am out 800 for a vacation i couldn't even go on and they told me i had to cancel the vacation 5 days prior to leaving i told them how could i cancel when i had every intention of going they totally suck do not do business with them
