Vacation Express International at www.vacationexpressinternational.com sold me a vacation package that I could not use. Then a new company, VIP Globe, said Vacation Express International went out of business and that I'd need to pay $500+ just to keep the package activated. Then told me if I didn't pay by certain date, my package would be cancelled with no refund.
