This was Groupon deal offering for 4 treatments for $157.50. After the first treatment, the second was cancelled by the salon the day before. They cancelled by text with no explanation. I did not receive a call to follow up or re-book. My next appt was booked March 16, 2 weeks later, at 11:00 a.m. On March 15 I received a text that the appt. had been moved to March 15 at 12:30 p.m. I received the text at 1:49 p.m. Calls have gone unanswered. I decided to leave a review on the Groupon site - I can see that the 5 star reviews were probably left after the initial visit, during which they make a good impression. I never do that, but decided to leave a 1 star review - as most people probably use a phone app, they probably never see the 1 star reviews (I didn't either) but there are many. So what they do is give you the first appt. and ghost you for the rest. Groupon's policy is not to refund if you've already visited the business - they have this scam down. Many people have
fallen for it as is obvious by the reviews. As of today I have still not had a reason for cancellations, explanation, or any interest in rebooking the 3 remaining sessions.
