I ordered a red button down shirt from Valabasas for $148.40 and paid extra for 2-4 shipping with UPS on September 11, 2024. In the order confirmation email the merchant said I would receive a shipping email shortly after with tracking information. The email never came and when I reached out to the merchant on September 26, 2024 the merchant stopped responding. The item I ordered never arrived and the merchant hasn’t provided any assistance towards resolving the issue.
