On 12/3/24 an order was placed with Valeuby through Pinterest for a raised garden bed (7.5'x8' x 95"D, weighing 305 pounds) After complaining that the company did not follow the statements in their add, I eventually received a tracking number and was told that China Post and United States Postal Service would be the delivery method. Neither China Post or United States Postal Service deliver parcels of this size and Tracking on various tracking sites gives different results but no final delivery destination. My Postmaster did not find the tracking number at all (I am knowledgeable in shipping matters and have seen forged shipping labels). The tracking showed at one point to be a parcel delivered in 2022. The company billed me through YSP*Newsukie and has been very evasive and non-responsive with answers to my questions. I believe there is no parcel being shipped to me and that the company has used a tracking number for a parcel destined for someone else due to the lack of information and the false information regarding the shipping carriers. I have requested proof of proper shipping and tracking several times and have been ignored. I believe this to be a scam company.
