This site offers jewelry for sale at discount prices. I placed two orders, my daughter placed one. We both included extra for guarantee in case it got lost our anything happened during transit... Yet they don't have a number to call or any way to get money back and when you email them they either don't reply or they just tell you it's shipped and you have to wait. The tracking numbers don't work at all.
