Owner provides over the phone estimates without an in-person evaluation. Expects a 50% deposit upfront via Venmo, Zelle or cash to cover materials and for half the labor cost. He contracts all work to mediocre laborers that can only work at 20min - 2hrs max. He doesn’t work on weekends, so the hours listed are falsely advertised. He over promises and doesn’t deliver. Please look up Robert P. Cantrell before you contact him and you’ll find that he has other businesses with poor reviews as well. He’s aggressive and doesn’t have the financial backing to provide a partial refund. Please beware and save your hard earned money.
