So in this section before I could proceed to complete the application I had to answer a section which requested some financial information including to enter my SSN# and other information about debts.
So after completing the section mentioned above and submitting same, I then received the response below:

On April 19, 2021, I then received this response.

Not sure what has happened here or even if this is job was genuinely posted by Valley National Bank but in the back of my mind it still bothered me that I had to fill out a section with my SSN# before I could proceed to complete the application, so I am still worried that my SSN# could fall in the wrong hands. I have learnt my lesson though that any job I am applying for once they ask for my SSN# and other personal information online without a solid job offer or if I can't verify if the company if legit then that's my cue to not proceed any further.
I am still job hunting but these scammers makes it so difficult to even recognize when the offer is legit.
