Mid Valley Auto scammed me, & I just won a judgement against them in court for committing fraud. They were also just taken to court by The Department Of Consumer Affairs - Bureau Of Auto Repair, and they lost that case too & have to pay almost $20,000 in fines AND had their Auto Body Registration revoked starting at the beginning of June!
You can go to the Dept of Consumer Affairs website here & see for yourself https://search.dca.ca.gov/ and you can search them by their name (Mid Valley Automotive) and/or you can search them by their license number 296509
When they pop up, you will see that as of right now it says their registration is valid but scroll down and there are 3 documents you can click on, 2 of which are the 5 investigations they did and found Midvalley defrauded 5 different people & the most recent document is the court case against them proving everything they did wrong & the last page shows that their registration (or business license) is being revoked. Those are all separate cases from the case I just won against them myself in small claims court… it all started when a fake witness said he had dashcam footage of my car accident (but did not) & instead called the auto shop & they sent their tow truck when I was expecting another one & then they tried price gouging me on a tow truck, and pretended it was some other tow truck company when they owe tow trucks and then they came to court with a falsified tow truck invoice, but I called the phone number went to the address and the place does not exist and I proved it in court. I also proved that they claimed to do work but did not, & charged for work on the right side of my vehicle which was unnecessary because the damage was on the left & again I proved this all in court & I won. If you went to this place you should get reinspected they probably lied to you & charged you for work that wasn’t done like they did to me. They also ignored a subpoena, and one of them may have a warrant out now.
