Values 4 less tried to charge my card out of nowhere

I just opened my cash app card app and I have a random charge for 2.95 on my account. I had insufficient funds on that card at the time thankfully so it didn't take the money. But it tried to so next time it could be successful. Cash app won't do anything because it technically didn't take any money out of my card. The only place I recently gave out my card number to was my electric company, National Grid. It happened literally a couple days after that. I don't know what to do ! I haven't even signed up for anything !

I have no recollection of this company and have not visited their website or anything else. I saw a charge of 2.95 on 8-28-2020 from values4less and health Flex advantage. On 9-8-2020 they both charged me 19.95. They did it again on 10-15-2020 and every month on a different day of the month. I did not see the charges because I was having login issues with the credit card site. I finally got in recently and saw these charges and I am challenging them as fraud. I called them and a third party answered and told me they are giving me a 79.95 refund for the last 2 charges. The actual company only answers the phone from 9-12 so that tells you they are not a legitimate company.

Just got my surprise from Values 4 Less! Thanks for the information, Mr. Harris! I was on hold waiting for an agent as I searched and read this message. It was 4 pm! Well, it was after 12 so I hung up. What I want to know is how do they get the debit card number in the first place?

The same people posed as someone else and scammed my husband out of the balance on his account. Then, they charged his account again in the amount of $2.95! We tried to contact these people but soon as you tell them you want your money back of they scammed you, they hang up the phone or transfer you to somewhere else.

Never heard of this company until it showed up on my Bank account. I think it is connected to Health Flex Advantage. So far 3 charges of 2.95. I was trying to find out about some shipping charges from a company. This was a person who did not speak good English and I fell for them. I want to get ride of them soon before my Bank account is charged again.

My father ordered vitamins over the phone and he was offered other services. Which he said he was not interested in and the sells person said they were going to include it anyway. This should not be legal to tack on these other charges for services that people are not asking for and do not want. I take care of his mail and pay his bills for him.

By the time we received any information that he had been signed up for these services, their "14 day free trial" had already passed by one week so he will be charged $39.98 for services that he didn't even realize he was signing up for. I'm not trying to get the money back, something just needs to be done allowing that kind of business practice to occur.
