I purchased an item January 3rd, and email requested a refund January 16th, have been told by email and on Instagram messenger I will get a refund, however they just keep telling me something isn't working between them and my bank, and they are working on it, but I have not, and I never received the purchase. They never follow up I have to keep asking and they will only respond on the Instagram chat. There is no posted mailing address or contact number and they stopped responding to my emails.

Scammer posts product on social media as a sales person, orders are never sent out to buyers.

Saw an Instagram ad for a cute stuffed animal, purchased. Was told it ships in 3-6 weeks. Payment and order received and taken out of my account 8/13/2024. First time I commented asking about to order they said I could just a full refund but didn’t offer shipping information and I said no I will wait for my product. After that I inquired about it via email and Instagram message, and they have stopped responding altogether.
