One of many sites that claim to be affiliated with Valve Software through Steam looking sites. The site itself isn't itself harmful but don't sign in to your steam account or attempt to claim any of the fake gift cards on this site. You should warn anybody you know on steam especially if they're sending you referral links, it's how I discovered this site.
