October 28, 2022: Purchased two couches for $2,063 including tax -- brown couch was $1899.95 and the white couch was $1,299.95; however, there was a buy one get one free sale so I got the cheaper couch for free.

November 15, 2022: Brown couch was delivered

December 1, 2022: Emailed Valyou asking for updates on my white couch. They said they'll "make sure order gets delivered after Jan 5."

February 2, 2023: Emailed again. Valyou responded saying they can't give an accurate delivery date, but can cancel my order. I said I don't want to cancel.

March 24, 2023: Emailed again. Valyou responded saying they are experiencing delays.

May 15, 2023: Chatted with Valyou via text. I asked for a full refund and they cancelled my order (without my permission) and said they couldn't process a refund.

I made the order for new covers for my couch 9/13/2021. I received an e-mail from them explaining that they cannot ship my covers to me because, they don’t fit the new design and they are not meeting quality standards. They offered me store credit instead of a refund. I told them I didn’t want anything from the store, just my refund. They said they cannot refund my card. It was a back and forth for months and still going on. My bank says there is nothing preventing them on their( the banks) end for getting the refund from valyou furniture. More back and forth with me demanding my money back for an item I didn’t receive, and them saying that sorry we can’t help you. I told them they can send a check, anything. Nope. The fight continues and I’m still out 840$. Plus the couch I just ordered from them in March is crap.

I ordered the feathers sectional from Valyou in May. They immediately charged me the over 2k cost of the couch with a pre delivery date of June 29th. This date arrived and no one from the company reached out to me so I sought out information from them. They claimed my couch stocks hadn’t arrived and they would notify me of their arrival in mid to late July. Mid to late July arrived and once again they didn’t reach out to me at all so I had to. They said they still had no updates. July 27th my couch finally made it to my city supposedly and it has been sitting there ever since because Valyou will not release it for delivery. I’ve spoke. To the warehouse holding it and they’re telling me Valyou won’t release it and I can’t pick it up myself. When I call Valyou they claim they are still having delays and say nothing about the release. They keep pushing my delivery date back as well. Not to mention the couch fabric was changed but they are still showing the old fabric online. I was never notified of the fabric change! If you request a refund they say they only give store credit. They are scamming people out of their money! This business should be shut down immediately.
