Van Nuys Financial sent us their information after we got a judgement against one of our clients. They said that they would collect the money from the judgment. According to them they will collect 40% out of the judgment for the first case , and then 50% for every other case they collect for us. We sent all the paperwork to them last year, just recently our client called and said that they took the money out of their account and that they account was paid in full. I contacted Van Nuys Financial to ask them to pay us for the money collected, they said they did not have the money and that they would check with their accounting. After several weeks and emails asking for updates and nothing and reading all the complaints against them I am convinced they will keep our money too. At this point I will be reporting them to the IRS as well.
