I come across this company on facebook. Advertising Willow Tree figurines. The prices were so cheap. I should’ve known better but I ordered 45.00 worth and now no contact with them ! I sent several emails and of course the phone number isn’t even a real phone number.

I had purchased camping chairs on a facebook post. I had ordered another set from another post and didn't receive them. I thought I was ordering from QVC but once I ordered and paid for it I noticed it was labeled from Vanceone Limited. I only received a confirmation for my purchase but no tracking number or receipt of what I had ordered. I reached out to the site and got the same message as I got from another site, Suffoc. I guess I did not learn my lesson the first time. Both sites on facebook said they were sponsored. They both only received my credit card number and name and email address.
