Meet vandal though a neighbour and sent texts back and forth on hangouts with vandal. He said he wanted to marry me and that he could get a leave to come home. But I have to pay for him to come home. The person that email me about the amount of money I need to send too is major Oliver manson. There are more people involved in the scam. I was told that usa Army don't ask for money. I've saved everything. I have names, emails and receipts.
