I was scammed by Vandell Shop a online site that sell electronics at a low cost. Looked legit. Offered a PayPal link which I thought would make it safe. When I got the receipt it was from Thong Trade Limited company in another country. I tried to stop payment immediately but was told it was too late. I never received the item I ordered when I complained to PayPal they contacted thong trade limited and they sent a stolen tracking number claiming it was delivered. The stolen tracking showed the item as 1lb 6 oz The item I ordered was 20 pounds. PayPal claimed Case Closed because thong trade limited provided tracking. I am unable to reach Vandell Shop or Thong Trade Limited Then I read about a scam with PayPal and UPS involving stolen tracking receipts.

I’m trying to get my case reopened with Oaypal but I am having difficulties
