I was searching to purchase an item and this website came up on my search engine with a very low price. I went to the website and placed an order for two items and free shipping. I cannot contact them. the phone number is always busy and the support email on the contact page will not allow access. I did get my money returned through capital one but I want this business checked out.

Searched Google shopping for a makita tool and the cheapest that came up was vanderis.com. Looked fairly legit, no typos etcc, but the price was too good to be true (cheaper by $30). They charged me over $70 for the tool and did not even send me an email acknowledgement (huge red flag), instead they sent me to https://vanderis.com/order-received/ which said they were processing. Lie. Several days after charging me no email confirmation, no product, no answer on their phone, their business address is a street of residences, and they even changed their website to only sell coffee products not tools. They need to go to jail.

The website showed up on Google when I was searching for a Delonghi coffee pot. I ordered the pot and gave my credit card information. I never received an order confirmation and my card was charged by someone identified as "van9172018887NJ . I could not get any answer other than "leave a message" at either number. After checking for Vanderis Hardware scam; I found numerous complaints and some where their card was used for the purchase and additional charges. Therefore; I had to close my account and dispute the charge.

Placed an order for a Husky socket set as a Father’s Day gift for my Dad. The website looks real is probably tricking many people, but to be honest what did it was Google Shopping. Googles website pushed it as a recommendation since it was $10 cheaper than anywhere else. We’ll don’t use Google for online shopping because after placing my order I was directed to a page claiming it’d take some time til I would receive a conformation email for the purchase. “That’s never happened before” I said to myself. Immediately began to research the seller and searched their address listed on the ”contact us” page and Google Maps (I know, I know, smh) shows the reviews of this “seller”. Everyone stating the same thing happened to them and they never received anything they thought they bought! Horrible people.

On June 21, 2021, I searched online for a shop-vac. Vanderis was listed as a seller at a good price. I ordered one from their site. They immediately processed my credit card payment, but have not responded to several inquiries since then.

I then found numerous online complaints about them.

Their website admits that they have shut off their phones, but says they will respond to online inquiries filed at [email protected]. I have tried repeatedly to contact them through the site, which presents a form to fill out, but when the form is filled and you press "submit", the site responds "There was an error tryi9ng to send your message. Please try again later."

Based on the information I found online, it appears they have never responded to anyone.

May 15th 2021 ordered a Hamilton Beach coffee maker. Accepted my Visa debit card for payment. Tried to contact many times, along with email. Nothing ! They took the money out of my account almost immediately. Hate these [censored]ing scam people. Makes me never want to purchase off the internet. Jim

After ordering a tool set from their website a notice came up stating they could not bill my card and that they would email me if the purchase went through. The charge showed pending on my card statement then went through three days later as catering charges. I attempted calling but the number on there website is fake. Also the contact form is fake. The email went through but no response. This website should be taken down.
