I spoke with salesperson Vanessa. She lied about everything and quoted me $3700 to move my furniture. The fine print that the company states $2599 is over and above the $3700 original quote. The company is a scam, no real address or website and Vanessa got fired the day after lying to me. My $900 down payment is lost and he will not refund. In an industry that is shaky to begin with, this is why. All Star Moving is non existent and the true All Star across the state is fielding most of the fake company's complaints. My check was deposited into ******** bank in my hometown of ******, Fl., about 2 hours by car to supposed "Orlando" home base which is a paint company.
