Both of my children received a Vanilla Prepaid VISA card for Christmas. One was for $25 and the other was for $100. They each made one purchase on their card and the remainder of their cards was stolen by a PayPal account. After reading reviews online it appears that this happens to almost everyone who purchases these cards.
