I live in a condo at 400 Mass Ave NW, unit 708. I am the owner and live in the unit and have been here since 2013. Over the past month 3 different people have shown up in the lobby and asked for the key to their newly leased "apartment", unit 708. My unit is not up for lease. The same person is behind the scam as all 3 people have stated that it was Christopher Mo who rented them my unit. The amount of money was different for each of the 3 people -- but it was between $2000 and $10000. When I mentioned it to the 400 Mass Condo front desk they said that my unit is not the only unit that is part of this scam.
