I bought a sweatshirt from the site for 19.97, but never received the product. I reached out and they said it was delivered but it was a generic automated email. Not a real support person. I asked for a tracking and never got an answered back. I looked at my card, and notice a charge for 19.97, but under a different company description name, and then saw 3 more attempts in the amount of 29.97. Luckily it declined. I then went back to the site, and now it shows the site is no longer available. I also just got another email from "Support", but under a new support email address, with the exact same automated message.
