Scam, not authorized

I was putting in order for facial cream from FB ad. The site would not let you decline other items that would pop up, so I exited out with no confirmation. The product came in a bag, no shipping information included or customer service contact. Thankfully my CC notified me & didn't pay whatever fee they where trying to get.

Same thing happened to me!

I ordered from the picture with Jennifer Aniston for 6.99 or something like that, and then could get the serum for 7.95 s&h so I figured ok sounds good to me. They have been trying to hit my card multiple times and luckily it's a cashapp account I can cancel and still live. But these people have to be stopped. Does Jennifer Aniston even KNOW she's being used to essentially lure and scam people? Bet not.

Same thing I ordered serum off Facebook and then had 126$ they tried to take off my card. Fortunately there wasn't any cash avlb but now I gotta cancel the card and if there had been money it would be gone .. scammers!

Saw add on facebook to try face cream for $6.95 it came quick and love the cream but later they withdrew 2'larg sums of unauthorized amounts of money almost$300 off my debit card.I have cancelled my card and am still without the money taken and can't even pay my bills.This is traumatizing my family

Same problem. Ordered from ad on Facebook, received product, paid for.
On March 18, 20, 22, and 26th, both companies on each of these days attempted to withdraw money. There is not enough to cover whatever amount they are trying to get.
I purchased the "miracle serum" for 6.95 and the "miracle cream" for 7.95.
Until I read other complaint I didn't know why they were trying to withdraw anything.
NOTHING in ad mentioned anything about "subscription" or that they would be trying to withdraw more cash.
I'm reporting to whoever will listen, starting with Facebook.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

On March 2, 2022 I saw this product SSENCE on a Facebook advertisement for a skin care serum. It had a picture of Jennifer Aniston and her "endorsement". A limited supply of the miracle serum so order now for only 6.95. If you'd like to try the cream as well, pay only a 7.93 shipping charge for a free trial. So I did ??

I received the products within a week but never got to use them before I left them behind accidentally at a hotel so I thought oh well that's the end of that, until...

On March 16 I received a fraud alert from my debit card company for a charge of 126.87 from Vast Compact Wellness. I called them and put a hold on my card since this wasn't a purchase I'd made nor a company I'd heard of.

Come to find out this was the name of one the companies that the charges for the Ssence products came from. The 2nd company name/charge came from Genuine Discovery Health. When I called the phone number given to me by my card company they said that they'd cancel the charge and my monthly "subscriptions"(never mentioned when placing the order) to their products when I complained about the additional charge today that I knew nothing about. I'm hoping they do but I'm a little worried that they have my personal info and card number.
