I ordered a product from the website. It was a leather harness. I received the email stating the order was being processed. The second email was when I received the notification of the tracking number. The tracking number was fraudulent and did not originate from this country. I immediately tried contacting customer service to no avail; this company only has one email on their entire website and NO associated phone number. There is no phone number associated with this company. I have yet to receive a refund or to have anyone contact me back.

I bought lingerie off this website and it has never arrived. I lost $100 so I could have lost a lot more but I have emailed them countless amounts of times. They told me they'd send a new item and I have had nothing sent. Absolutely disgusting service and a horrible company

Do not buy from @vavanashop

I ordered over a month ago and still have not received my order. The tracking number I received originated in China and according to that number, it has been at a neighboring towns post office for over 10 days. I went to the post office to ask about it on Tuesday and they said it’s not there. SCAM!

There are countless horror stories like this with a quick Google Search. If people do receive their product, it is horrible quality, worse than wish.

I have tried emailing & talking to them on Instagram. I was blocked on their IG and they will not answer my emails.
