I placed an order online with a company called Vchics from the website Vchics.com. When the orders arrived the clothing was nothing like the pictures and one of the items was even damaged. I decided to return most of it. There was no invoice or packing slip in either order. The company's return policy states " If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, it is easy to return and receive a refund. Please contact us at [email protected], we will try our best to meet your request." I have repeatedly emailed Vchics asking how to return the items for a refund. I did not call them because the phone number is not in the US (Contact Number:+86-21-31477857). Their response eventually was to ask for pictures. I sent them. Then ultimately they offered me a discount on ANOTHER PURCHASE and said the returns will need to be sent to China-still no address to send the returns. I do not want anything other than a refund. Can you help me?

The items were of such poor quality, you could tell it was a scam right away. One item was supposed to be a sweater and it came as a cheap polyester sweatshirt with the design printed on (and poorly at that). They claim via their return policy: "If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, it is easy to return and receive a refund." This is a lie. They made me send pictures of the defective items, which I did. Then they told me that the process is long and cumbersome and I needed to be patient. After about a month, I contacted them again and they told me it wasn't possible to send the items back to China due to the cost which the customer must bear. This is not typical customer service. All they now do is offer me a discount on a future purchase. The worst part of the scam is that they hope you will just give up and forget about it. I asked them for a return address and they will not give me one. There are no names used, the is only a strange return email: [email protected].

I ordered 2sweaters from this company 38.00 each, the wrong were sent. I have been trying to exchange them for weeks but all I get is the run around with there comments asking for the same information I've already sent. Before I started trying to return the I ( like a dummy) ordered the right sweaters hoping they would at least send me the right one and I could send the wrong ones back for a credit. Attempted to order a Thanksgiving sweater on Nov 9th and when I didn’t hear anything about it being shipped, I emailed the company and asked to cancel the order. I did this three times we no success as they just gave the same response about a 15% charge for cancelled orders but did refund my money.

I ordered 2 pant suits, they were to small.

I texted vchics and told them that i wanted to exchange them. I texted them the correct sizes.

They told me to take a picture of them and return them in the original packages which i did.

The packages had a address that i should send them to.

Then i get a text saying that it would cost a lot to exchange them because of shipping.

They said that they would give me a 15% coupon on my next purchase and keep the suits i told them that I didn't want them because they didn't fit then they told me to give them to a friend.

I told them that i changed my mind i just wanted a refund.

Then they texted me that they would give me a 25%coupon i told them no

Then they said they would give me a 30% coupon. I told them no again

Now they say that they haven't received the suits.

I sent the packages to the address that was on the packages.

I can't find my receipt, i may have thrown it away but the address was in California.

I think they are trying to scam me now.

Is there anything you can do

I ordered and paid for 3 shirts from a company called VChics in early December. They arrived well into January and they looked nothing like the pictures on their website. I reached out to their customer service ( by email - [email protected]). They always replied to my emails asking how to return and get a refund, but it was always saying the postage to return is too high, because it goes to China, and then offer a percentage off of another order. I gave up asking how to return they shirts and let them know I was shipping them back to the return address. I did that on January 21, 2023. and according to the tracking number, it was delivered on January 23. Since then, I've been asking for my refund and they ignore that I sent the shirts back, and continue to say postage is too high and offer a percentage. It stated at 10%, it's now up to 25% - has been 5% increases. As I mentioned I mailed them to the return address of 371 Little Falls Road, #4, Cedar Grove, NJ 07009 however USPS is showing on the tracking info that the package was delivered to a reception desk at a address in Chappaqua, NJ 10514. I'm guessing the original address left a forwarding address. If possible I can try to get the exact address in Chappaqua from USPS but the city, state and zip is all that is showing on the tracking info. As I mentioned, in all of their emails they say they are in China, but I'm not certain because of the return address on the package. Also, there is a customer support phone number, but it doesn't work it is Number:+86-21-31477857.

On 11/7/22 I placed an order with vchics. I received half my order and never got the other half. It is now 12/27/22. I need to return my first half bc they don't fit. I've reached out to them multiple times to no avail and just want my money back and they are now ignoring me. They did respond once after I tried making return. They wanted me to send pictures of the items, which I did. I sent the pics to them and never heard from them again. And I keep writing to them over and over again. Also, I'd like to receive the items I paid for but never got. Their phone number is +86-21-31477857
