I purchased lingerie online. Nothing indicated it was not a US Company. They provided a tracking number and all tracking was in the US. They updated almost everyday indicating movement. I also followed tracking on USPS. Item was never received by USPS. I contacted the company and advised since it was over 60 days I wanted a refund. Their first email their shipper said it was delivered. They offered me 45% back since they also suffered a loss. I refused and they countered with 65%. I refused and they said they had never offered this much and it was 80%. I refused and have not heard back.

I purchased three bras and a bra plunger. They were of poor quality and did not fit.

I could not find a phone number on the website. Vckopter.com. So I email them. I asked for a return label and the full refund to my Discover Card. I inform them that their return policy did state, that I would receive 10%, %15 or 25% of my total purchase of $71.32. They sent three emails with these offers, instead of a return label and full refund. The address on the shipping label was 1206 US-130, Burlington, NJ 08016. They inform me that I could not send it back to this address. I know there must be other people they have scam this way.
