I placed an order with vebcora.com on April 17th for 6 cloth for total $131. I loved the style and color, and of course they are within my budget. After placing the order, I didn't receive any email confirming the order nor delivery schedule, while my credit card was charged the very next day. So I tried to contact vebcora through email, call, and even their facebook account to get order confirmation and delivery schedule. One week after all sorts of efforts, I finally got someone send me a text message saying " usually it takes 15 days to process the order, then another 15 business days to ship the order". Text message? not even an email and I don't even know who sent me the text message since the person didn't even leave a name! I replied back asking to cancel the order. This was on April 30th . I never heard back from vebcora. So I called my bank and ask them to block this charge. When you think you just skip a scam... on May 30th, one month after cancelling the order, I got a small envelope, no label, no description, just a piece of cloth in the envelope, SERIOUSLY, it is the WORST shirt you can possibly get - poor cloth quality, tailor scissor the shoulder and forgot to sew it together so there was this large piece of cloth hanging on your shoulder. The shirt WAS NOT EVEN DONE! I was so shocked! Never ever experienced such shameless merchant and merchandise. I myself run a small business, I can understand someone chooses to cut the corner but you cannot call this a sell-able item at all! Among the 5 items I order this is the only one I received. Now it is two and a half month after order, my bank is still pending to hearing from the store on charge dispute. I hope no one will get scammed again by these shameless human being.

I placed an order with Vebcora on 4-14-2020 for 4 pieces of merchandise. The total of the order was $84.95, and this was charged and posted to my credit card on 4-15-2020. I received notification that my items departed a shipping facility in Rosedale, NY on 4-23-2020. on 5-16-2020, I received a small plastic mailing envelope with 1 of the 4 items in it. I never received the other 3 pieces of my order, but also never received a credit to my card for the unshipped items. I sent a letter of complaint to [email protected] on 5-26-2020 requesting a refund for the missing items. I also returned the 1 item I did receive on 5-26-2020, and have not received a refund or other related info on that item. The company is a total scam. I have never received any acknowledgement of my letter of complaint and they owe me $84.95.

I placed an order on May 1, 2020. On May 28 I finally got an update that my shipping status had been updated. The link to check the tracking number did not work. There is no number to call and follow up on the status of my order, the money has been taken from my account and today is June 9, 2020. The website no longer exists and as far as I am concerned they stole 273.00 from me. I allowed for extra time because of delays I know exist for Covid 19. But it's been almost 6 weeks and now they appear to have disappeared. I initially found them through their advertising on facebook. I didn't use the facebook link to order my clothing but went directly to their website. The items they were advertising were clothing for women.

I have just received a notice that my items have been shipped. I checked my charge card before shipment was shipped and there was no charge on it. Will let you know when it arrives.

It took 1 1/2 months to get my order and I only received 2 of the 4 items I ordered. Quality was terrible. Pictures were deceiving! Do not order from this company. I am still trying to send back the 2 items and get a refund on 2 items they haven’t shipped!

I also ordered and have not heard anything from them after contacting them twice. My order was on 4/18/20. I am also getting in touch with my credit card co. I became nervous when I saw the same shirt and same model on another website with different screen print on it. Exact same picture. Only different was dog prints on shirt.

I ordered 2 shirts from vebcora.com on 4.21.20. I have not received the shirts. I sent messages on their website, and haven't heard anything from them. I am disputing it with my credit card.
