I ordered clothes through a Facebook link. Email confirmation came from [email protected]. They sent me tracking info. I didn't know initially where the package was coming from, but clearly it was out of the country. After several weeks I emailed because I hadn't received it. Within a day it said my package was at a facility in my town. After a week, I still didn't get it and emailed. They said it was coming. It has been 2 months. I emailed them again and they said it was delivered, which is was not. I asked for a full refund. They offered me %60 refund. I said no and i wanted a full refund. They just emailed again and asked if I would accept %90 refund
