VEDEX Realty calls, promises to deliver X, Y, Z, and nothing happens. I emailed and asked for my money back, and their president texted me to say they were working on it. That was months ago. I got another email this morning promising X,Y,Z, and the email was sent to several agents. Everyone on the email agreed they had been ripped off.
