I received a letter in the mail stating that my factory warranty on my car was about to expire and I needed to get the coverage replaced with an extended warranty. I was confused since I had already paid for an extended warranty through the dealership. Still I called this company to ask questions on why I was receiving this letter in the first place. While I was on the phone, I googled the company and it came up as a scam. The letter looked legit with information like the exact vehicle that I had just bought a month ago, my address, name and knowing that my current factory warranty is about to expire. When I called, the two people had asked what my car VIN number was and to verify information. The man was very aggressive wanting to know how much I could afford for a warranty and did not want me to get off the phone. I did not give out anything more than what they already had. When I looked up the address, the company is based in a normal looking strip mall in Colorado. It is creepy knowing that information can be put out there so quickly and some people might fall for this. I wish I wouldn't have called.

Received a letter in the mail from no specific company. It just said, "VEHICLE DOCUMENT ALERT NOTICE" with the address. We were suspicious & called them to see what they would say. A woman answered the call & when I began to question her about the letter; she became very unprofessional & sounded nervous. With an agitated tone, she kept asking why we didn't need a warranty over & over again & became very irritated & said she'd remove us from the list.

Just received my fourth notice threatening me to call to update my auto file and that my factory warranty has expired. I am aware that my warranty expired and do not want an extended warranty. The letters have wording that would fool some people into believing they must have extended warranty on their vehicle. I would like to know who sold my information regarding the make, model and year of my vehicle for these letters to seem real. I would also like this company to stop threatening letters so people aren't duped into thinking these claims are legitimate.

Anyone that is in the automobile business should be well aware of the fact that my 2013 Kia Optima had an engine recall and KIA extended the engine and all parts and labor for 10 years with unlimited miles, I had to have my engine replaced a few months ago due to this recall so there fore my engine and all parts warranty is good until 2028 with unlimited miles, that engine was replaced with parts and labor at no cost to me. I write these people letters all of the time and tell them to check into the fact that I do not need an extended warranty I already have one now this letter is threatening me with a deadline, if I was elderly or easy I could very well fall for this and that is evil to act as if you have a deadline or you are going to be ousted from the auto community.

Tell the [censored] to look before they just start sending out these fake threats that if you dont anty up some cash you are gonna suffer great losses, surly there is a national recall list, the manufacturer does when they have to recall something and they give you extended warranty free engines for the next 10 years if they should go bad, obviously it was a big mistake on Kia's part I had 96,000 mile on that engine when it blew and they replaced it no questions asked and will replace again

we have been receiving dozens of letters from all over the US about the warranty on our car whuich are fraudulant and a scam. When asked how they gor our address we are told the local motor vehicle office sells them to these scammers.

Got an "alert notice" that I owed $12,914.75 for repairs and asked to call the number to "update your auto file" because my "factory warranty has expired or will expire soon."

It knew what model car I owned.

Phone calls to get contact person, whom has bought a car saying the factory warranty has expired, and they can get you set up with extended coverage.

Call the number back immediately and recording says the number is out of service.
