I went on the site to get a vehicle history report. I saw many listings of the same price: "$1 per report". I went through the process and at the point where I put in my card information, it showed the total on the side "$1.00". At the top of the page in a little blue box, it said you can get a membership for $25.00 but it never listed that in the total. It was obviously designed to be extra information. After I put my card information in, my credit card company flagged a charge for 23.95 as fraud. They tried to charge me for the membership. I went back through the process to find any check mark or indication that I had signed up, but Nothing. Nothing showed that I was agreeing to a membership. This is a scam by omission. I had to go into the account and cancel the subscription.
