thought I was on legitimate site to renew vehicle registration. entered information and charged $3.99 on May 24. was NOT the correct site. on May 28 I was charged $19.99 which I did NOT approve.

They would want you to register but in order to go farther into the website you would need to put in a credit card number. But there is no price anywhere or any warning that they will charge you just to sign up. Once you sign up, they debit it right away and take you to a page that has other links. You click on those links and it leads you back to plugging in your credit card info before going any farther. And they also have a button where you can donate or not. But regardless, you still get charge even if you click no.
