I paid for a service for my car's long block to be restored and instead of fixing my car, he stole my long block which costs up to $4,000.0 by itself. He returned my car missing multiple parts including the long block, and never refunded me for the amount I paid him. He avoided contact with me despite me giving him multiple chances to refund me. He kept promising to pay me but never did and has made other people wait years for fixing their car. I found out he is not legally a mechanic, and he may have other stolen parts from other vehicles he has worked on.
